![]() ![]() May 11 (>2 weeks after my original purchase): I sent yet another email to [ to inquire when my license key would be reissued or activated.May 2: I email [ to inform them the dispute was dropped.This meant I had to drop the dispute and forfeit any possibility of getting a refund, whether SW allowed me to use their product or not. May 1 (the following business day): I called PayPal and then my bank to give them the "okay" on the transaction.Apr 29: Email sent to [ Apr 30: Received response from [ stating that if the dispute was resolved in their favor or if I canceled the dispute, then they would restore my license key. ![]() Here's how it all ended up going down for me: I hope I'm wrong but at this point I imagine Save Wizard's support team will fail to get back to PayPal in the next 10 days and I'll get my money back due to no response on their part. I have a tough time wrapping my head around why the support team with Save Wizard would take zero action after finding issues raised. I see a reply in the SW Discord by a user "SaveWizard The Grey" which leads me to believe they work for Save Wizard. I called PayPal to see if I could reverse the dispute in hopes that doing so might "revalidate" my license key from SW but I hesitate to this as PayPal says "By marking this problem as resolved, you agree that no further problems can be raised for this transaction." The representative at PayPal adjusted the disputed claim to be labeled as "Not as described" (even though I think that's a stretch) and Data Power Development Limited (the seller of Save Wizard) has 10 days to respond to PayPal. Unfortunately, I haven't received any official replies from Save Wizard yet. I've attempted to reach out to Save Wizard (1) via email, (2) their Discord support server, (3) their FaceBook page, and (4) on here via their subreddit. If you have found Save Wizard for PS4 MAX useful and wish to continue using it after Octo, you can purchase a new License Key via. Until that point you will receive full use and any free updates made available. This email is to give you notice that on Octo, your License Key for Save Wizard for PS4 MAX will no longer function. Having looked at the information we have to hand, we've come to the decision that to be fair to all, after five (NOT two) years from date of purchase, your License Key for Save Wizard for PS4 MAX will expire. But like every one and every business, we have costs which are rising. We originally sold Save Wizard for PS4 MAX with free updates and support for two years which we have never implemented. We have supported EVERY System Software despite attempts to stop our product working and added profile re-signing. ![]() In that time, we've gone from supporting a handful of games to over 1300 different titles for ALL regions, all for one single payment. It has been over 5 years since we sold our very first Save Wizard for PS4 MAX (12th April 2017 to be precise)! Important information about Save Wizard for PS4 MAX Damals war das echt noch so, die 2 Jahres Beschränkung kam erst später.ĭie lächerliche Ausrede … wir wollen alle gleich behandeln… bin sehr enttäuscht über dieses Geschäftsgebaren und werde sicherlich keine neue Lizenz erwerben so wie die mich dazu auffordern. Die google suche hat ergeben das ich nicht der einzigste bin den es trifft. Heute folgende Nachricht erhalten das mein in 2017 gekaufter Lebenlanger Lizenzkey nun deaktiviert wird. ![]()
